Stuffy noses can be a common and annoying problem for infants. Often times it can make nursing difficult and sleep, even harder. There are many, many amazing things that breast milk can do aside from helping a baby grow. Breast milk is natural and a great alternative to medications, which might even make the situation worse. For this common issue we use breast milk to completely cure the stuffy nose. Just squirt a few drops of breast milk into your baby’s nose while he, or she, is lying down. They should start sneezing like crazy in a moment which will help them sneeze out all of the stuff that was causing their poor little nose to be stuffy. When this happens, use a bulb to suction the stuffies out from the nose. Repeat suction and possibly the breast milk, for those really stuffy occasions, till the baby sounds clear and can breathe easily again. Voila! Happy baby not worrying about trying to breathe when nursing or playing. Till next time, raise a sustainable future!
